With ten (10) self-contained  1 bedroom units, you accommodation is nestled in a quiet, secluded location.  You’ll find everything you need to unwind and revel in the fresh air.

The on-site restaurant  is now open, “Lake House Eatery”.  You can visit their website for opening hours, menus and to order meals delivered to your unit.  

The Apartments

In each apartment you will find:

From $199 per night – off-peak

From $249 per night – peak

* additional $20 per person adult over 17 years (up to 4 people)

* additional $10 per person 5 – 17 years (up to 4 people)

We have a self check in service from 2pm onwards, you will receive your check in details the morning of your arrival

  • Earlier check in times by arrangement if room available  

Check out time is 10am

  • Late check out by arrangement only

Two nights minimum stay applies on Friday and Saturday nights

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment

  • Reservations are secured at the time of booking and credit card payment is taken.  All prices are inclusive of GST.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  Full payment is taken at the time of booking.
  • A deposit will be required for special events and weddings.  Please enquire when the booking is made.  A further surcharge may be applied to premium dates.
  • One account per reservation would be appreciated.
  • All payments made are in NZD. 
  • Visa and Mastercard accepted – sorry no Amex or Diners

 Occupants

  • The number of people occupying the apartment is, under no circumstances, to exceed the number of people (maximum 4) shown on the booking confirmation unless prior arrangements have been made directly with Braxmere.
  • No functions or parties unless agreed prior to the booking.
  • No dogs or pets allowed.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations more than 14 days incur a 10% fee.
  • Cancellations less than 14 days incur a 50% fee.
  • Cancellations less than 7 days incur 100% fee.

Soiling or damage policy

  • Please note that any damage/loss caused to the property or furnishings during your stay could result in costs of repair (and any insurance excess) being charged directly either fully or partly, to you the registered guest.

  • Braxmere uses Direct Payment Solutions’ (DPS) payment system to insure safe payment. 
  • Credit Card Payments are taken from a third party secure payment page. (DPS)
