From $180 per night – off-peak
From $220 per night – peak
* additional $20 per person over 16 (up to 4 people)
* additional $10 per person for children under 16 years old (up to 4 people total)
Check in time is from 2pm at the restaurant, from here you will be shown to you room. *Earlier check in times by arrangement if room available. Check in must be prior to 6pm, unless by arrangement.
Check out time is 10am. *Late check out by arrangement.
Minimum stay may apply for weekends and public holidays.

Reservations are secured at the time of booking and credit card payment is taken. All prices are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. Full payment is taken at the time of booking.
A deposit will be required for special events and weddings. Please enquire when the booking is made. A further surcharge may be applied to premium dates.
One account per reservation would be appreciated.

The number of people occupying the apartment is, under no circumstances, to exceed the number of people (maximum 4) shown on the booking confirmation unless prior arrangements have been made directly with Braxmere.
No functions or parties unless agreed prior to the booking.
No dogs allowed.
Cancellations more than 14 days incur a 10% fee.
Cancellations less than 14 days incur a 50% fee unless we can fill your apartment.
Soiling or damage policy
Please note that any damage/loss caused to the property or furnishings during your stay could result in costs of repair (and any insurance excess) being charged directly either fully or partly, to you the registered guest.
Braxmere uses Direct Payment Solutions’ (DPS) payment system to insure safe payment. Credit Card Payments are taken from a third party secure payment page. (DPS)
